PTC slams 'Walking Dead' over gore, TV-14 rating
Zombie killing (and getting killed by zombies) is pretty violent business, as any viewer of "The Walking Dead" knows all too well. But for Tim Winter, president of the Parents Television Council (PTC), that's cause for concern.
